How to bring records under asset to quote by using SIS OM PMT Service for custom BC?

Hi All,

can someone help to explain about how to bring records under asset to quote for custom bc under asset by using BS SIS OM PMT Service?

i already try to create under IO SIS OM Asset with another external BC <Custom BC>, but the records not coming..

when i see from the log, in the workflow : SIS OM Edit Complex Asset Workflow - WS on step Apply (BS: SIS OM PMT Service, Method : Apply), current siebel message that contain records from <Custom BC> was deleted or missing..
