At every customer account level the last updated by id is showing for one user account only.

Hi Support,

Business have noticed that for for every customer account level the last updated by id is showing for one user account only. We also have noticed that this happen on 28-MAR-2017 at customer account level for every account.

Please guide me how we can check what activity have bee done or any standard program had run ?
