Rollback not working as expected

I have rolled back the T4 Magnetic Media Process for 2017.

I then try to rollback the Federal Year End Pre-Processor for the same GRE for 2017, but I am unable to find the Request ID in the LOV.

The request ID for the T4 Magnetic Media no longer appears in the LOV for the Rollback.

This is preventing me from re-running T4s for this particular GRE. I was able to rollback the processes for all of the other GREs.

If I try to Mark the process for Retry, I am able to still see the T4 Magnetic Media Request ID. This leads me to believe the process did not rollback.
