Pell Aggregate Error After Installing Patch
Our Year-Round Pell patch went into production on Sunday and now we are having trouble validating some Pell awards. Some, not all, of our existing Pell awards are being reduced to zero upon validation with the message "The student has reached the aggregate limits for this Federal program. As a result, the student cannot be awarded this item type." This is happening to many students, some with low (or no prior) Pell usage, they are nowhere near their aggregate limit. Since there haven't been other reports of this, I am assuming that I missed something in setup related to this.
