Project Costing Missing ADI.

Hi

I checked in the desktop integration responsibility, there is an expenditure upload ADI layout. When I look at the project costing responsibilities, there is no ADI upload option.

I have looked at the system admin responsibility there is no exclusion and the menu has this function added  -PA_SU_EXPEND_GUI.

It should be there, how come I don't have it? Do I need to enable something to make the option available?
