IP 2017 Migration installation

Hi ,

We have a server with Gateway and Siebel Service on the same machine version 8.1.1.14 Patchset 16 .

Upgrade to IP 2017 is quite confusing. I have got the certificates. Removed the configuration for existing SWSE from the enterprise as mentioned in the document.

Next steps after that says to install AI in migration mode on the existing SWSE which is pretty confusing to me. Also if I do so It asks me the path for AI folder and gives the error invalid folder. Could anyone of you drop some light as to what should be the exact steps for migration upgrade.
