401K Union Plan based on hours worked / applying Annual Limits

We have a Union 401k Plan setup based on hours worked. I tried setting the Annual Limit in the PDBA Advance Tab on the PDBA Setup but it doesn't seem to work.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you apply annual limits to DBA code?
