logo is not displaying in print bill

Hello,

with BPA (bill presentation) , we are trying to print transaction, but in output, logo is not showing.

logo is not displaying in print bill.

also we want to display CUSTOMER TAX REGISTRATION NUMBER (TRN), can any one advise me where i can update in customer master and which field i need to select in BPA template to show TRN of customer.
