Streams replication (including DDL) of table with rename

Attempting to setup a simple example of streams replication in 11.2.0.4 (RAC'ed on Exadata) while including DDL changes and renaming of table but I cannot seem to get around the "Missing MVDD" errors. I've tried several iterations of the script below, all to no avail. The data replicates without issue, just won't apply the DDL. I have searched for a solution but it has eluded me so far. I've attempted to "prepare" the table again on the source, no joy, re-set the instantiation SCN on the destination, no joy (the only thing this seems to accomplish is to remove the
