Sales Order Automation Based on Customer's Min/Max Report

Hello,

We have a min/max program with our customer where we are placing sales orders based on a few factors: customer's current inventory level, min/max qty allowed, average usage per month, etc.  The details are provided in a Excel report which we can download from our customer's company portal.

We would like to automate the process of creating new sales orders based on the information provided in the customer's report.  So far the only idea that came to mind is develop a custom UBE to translate customer's min/max report details into EDI 850 inbound records in F47011 & F47012 files, then kick off R47011 UBE to process the records into F4201 & F4211.
