How to create custom EIM table

Hi

I have created a custom base table CX*. Now i need to populate the data into my base table but the concern is I have the foreign key table mapped only to s_user and s_party whereby when i run the EIM table mapping wizard i get the error : There are no existing EIM table for this table. Check base table user key coloumns.

Can anyone please help me on how I should go about creating a custom EIM table.
