Questions on Integrating SharePoint Online with Siebel 8.1

Hi Team,

We have a request similar to the below document:

Siebel Attachment Integration With Sharepoint. (Doc ID 2343340.1)

Customer is trying to store all current and future attachments in MS Sharepoint rather than in the Siebel file system. A link to the MS Sharepoint URL should be save in place of the link to the attachment in the file system.

Below are the answers provided by Oracle Support on this:

Q1: Is this possible?

A1: not OOB but you might have to build it

Q2: Siebel comes with any tools/pre-configured methods to achieve this type of integration ?

A2: No
