Dear Oracle : We have below issue and as per the Oracle engg, we have created this thread,looking for the support, Kindly review and let us know further.[ logs are attached in the SR, taged with the thread 3-16230818362 ]

[Error]

Login Failed. Please verify your login information or contact system administrator.Tip: Do no enter a zero in front of your employee number. For example enter 12468, not 00012468.

[How to reproduce]

1. Recreated clone environment from production on 7th DEC 2017.with SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON FALSE.

2. Upgraded DB from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.1 with JUL 2017 PSU on 9th DEC 2017 using DBUA.

DBUA itself removed the parameter.
