While running copydata option in hyperion planning, workspace hang needs to restart Planning service

Hi All,

My client is using Copy data option in Hyperion Planning, but workspace Hang-up and datacopy executes in backend and succeed, I check planning logs its says

""Copy Data execution time has exceeded the maximum configured wait time. Copy Data will now be executed in the background. To check Copy Data execution status, open the Job Console page""

We have tested COPY_DATA_MAX_WAIT and COPY_DATA_MONITOR_DELAY to 180000(3min) but still we needs to restart Planning services to clear hang.

Please let us know possible solution so that Workspace Hang will not occur ?
