Where to get perl for cloning Apps in R12.2.7

Experts,

I am in the process of cloning EBS 12.2.7 then I got stuck as I don't know where to get perl to execute perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs (Doc ID: 1383621.1)

According to Doc ID: 1383621.1: To clone Apps tier, copy only the following application tier directories:

APPL_TOP

COMMON_TOP

10.1.2 ORACLE_HOME

But, the perl that is used in the Source Run filesystem is located in FMW_HOME.

I have successfully cloned the 11.2.0.4 database using the perl from <RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME>\perl

OS: Windows server 2008 R2 64-bit

DB version: 11.2.0.4

EBS version: 12.2.7
