PRCR-1079 CRS-5017 ORA-01589 CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.avdb.db' on 'rba1' failed

Hi Oracle experts,

     I am facing a problem to start the Oracle database. I am using ASM. Every time I tried to start the Oracle database. I get  the final error of " CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.avdb.db' on 'rba1' failed" , then Database is not running. Please see more details as below:

rba1:/u01/app/oracle/diag/crs/rba1/crs/trace # acm startoracle
CRS-4622: Oracle High Availability Services autostart is enabled.
CRS-4123: Oracle High Availability Services has been started.
CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online
PRCC-1014 : asm was already running
PRCR-1004 : Resource ora.asm is already running
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.asm
