OEM13c, Is there a way to log off another user?

OEM13c, Is there a way to log off another user currently logged in to the OEM interface?

One of the DOD Stigs require the ability to monitor who is logged in and the ability to log them off.  We know how to view other sessions but have not found a way to log off another user logged in to the EM interface.  Anyone know a way to do this?
