Attributes for Routing operation

We have a requirement of specifying manufacturing attributes (example temperature,lubrication, time ,tonnage etc) for a resource on Routing.  ( Part/Operation/Resource).   These can exceed over 20 values.

Where does oracle re-commend storing these values. We are aware of DFF attribute fields on operation and resource.      

Is there any other fields/ module that is usually used to store these .
