GDPR - Data Privacy Framework update?

We are currently firming up our GDPR plans for HCM and FSCM 9.2. Last year on a call with Oracle where the subject matter was GDPR it was mentioned that on the road map was something called the 'Data Privacy Framework' . This was described as providing a way of configuring a policy for securing sensitive and personal data. At the time it mentioned it would be able to help define whether fields are hidden, visible, editable or display only ‘**’, i.e. masking, and associate access with user roles. The requisite for this mentioned as being 8.56

This is listed as a planned feature but I wondered when it will be delivered also is there an indication of what tools patch level this will be?
