COA Preference Master - Customer Group

Hi,

We have a preference master defined for a customer group / item combination.  All setup looks fine.  When trying to print a COA for one lot the preference is found and everything prints well.  If we try to use a different lot (same order, item, etc) the preference is not found.

I have to imagine this is lot specific.  What can I look for?  The second lot is not on hold.
