how to apply tax rule based on account code and transacction type

Hello All,

we have senario where transaction type is created in below manner.

transaction type name: EJARI

code combination rev 40000 dr 50%

code combination rev 41000 dr 50%

to rec cr 10000 100%

i need to setup tax rule based on below condition.

if transaction type = EJARI than inclusive tax apply on code combination rev 41000 dr 50%.

let assume that value is

100

so based on %, 50 AED will go 40000 and 50 will go 41000 ( we want that on 41000 system should apply tax rule and calculate tax so in JV i am expecting as below

code combination rev 40000 dr 50

code combination rev 41000 dr 45

code combination tax 10000 dr 5

to rec cr 10000 100
