Orderless Item Completion - Transation Date

We are starting to set up a process to use Orderless (adhoc) item Completions using document 1385628.1.  We followed the steps to set up the necessary bill of material and work center.  When we went through the item completion using PF31011, it populated the date with the current date as we would expect.  After saving the data, we noticed that the Transaction Date - Lean (alias LTDATE) was populated with the date after the current date.   For example when we completed the transaction today (1/4/2018), LTDATE was populated with 1/5/2018. 

The other issue this causes is that it updates the item ledger with the same date as it uses for LTDATE.  In this case, it looks like the transactions happen a day before they actually occur.  In the transaction detail of the item ledger, it has creation date 1/4/2018 and transaction date 1/5/2018 even though the current date is 1/4/2018.
