Oracle Payroll  -- is there a way to run a quick pay so that it will NOT collect Social Security and Medicare arrears during the run?

The situation is that some retired employees will be getting imputed income from a life insurance benefit, which creates the FICA arrearage.  Then they exercise a stock option.  When this stock option pay is processed, it automatically collects the arrearage.  They would like to prevent this from happening.  Any input?
