M10-4 XSCF console dosen't work.

Dear All Engineer..  first of all I apologize my english skill.

I try the connect to m10-4 xscf Netmgt. but they dosent have any answer.

actually that port already have ip addr. but didnt response.

and then i tried connect mgt port. (COMport serial). and port output message is

REBOOT: BOARD ERROR (Service Processor Rrror Detected)

(reason-0x03 counter=0 threshold=3 bupmem_counter=0 factor=0020000f).

some documents recommend  "change CMU(L)"

ok.. i understand..  but can i try any action before change the board..?

is that all solution..? the change the board....?
