We have gone from version 12.0.17.12020000.8 to 12.0.17.12020000.10 of this form with our latest updates, and now if a user attempts to add a competence with overlapping dates, the error box appears but is blank - the message text (APP-PAY-51648) does not appear.  Is it because of the form changes, or something else?  There's no similar issue reported in Knowledge Base.
