Tunning parameters for Iplanet (Sun One) web server version 7.0

Hello All,

As part of Siebel IP16 upgrade requirement, we have upgrade our Sun One Web server  version 6.1(sp5) to 7.0 version (iplanet web server).

My Siebel application (IP16) is working fine with count 1000 to1200 concurrent user sessions load. But once these count goes beyond (>1100), we are not able to get application page and need to refresh web services everytime to work normal.

netstat -an | grep 8001 | wc -l

1125

We are getting this issue after upgrade of Web server version to 7.0 only.

In version 6.1, we never faced such issue as we have set the session tuning parameters under server.xml file like below-
