shrink bigfile tablespaces

Hello,

We have Bigfile tablespace and set to auto extend ON for TEMP, UNDO as well and some other tablespaces.. where actual speed out of occupied is very less.

Is there a way we can shrink or compress bigfile tablespaces or is there any other recommended way for this approach ?

Or else do we need to create small tablespace and move these files over there.

what is recommended and what options are best ? commands like etc...

searched online but there are so many results that has diff versions so before doing rework want to have some picture or knowledge on it.
