JDE91: Removal of L type Msg from UDC 34/MT - Suggestions for solution for business users to be info

Hello:

Planning for removal of L type Msg from UDC 34/MT for MRP not to show the decrease messages any longer.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a practical solution in ways to inform now business users what orders exceeds a demand and needs to then be decreased?  Such as an exception report or any report that may be already existing in JDE? is this possible to do without using MRP?
