Receiving Transaction Processor is not firing

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi Gurus/Experts,

We have developed third party system integrating with Oracle apps. R12.1.3. to create the PO Receipt using RCV Interface

and concurrent Import  program : 'Receiving Transaction Processor'. It will create the Receipt perfectly once. After creating the

receipt,  next receipt will not generating and receipts records remains with Pending Status without firing the Import Program

'Receiving Transaction Processor'  and then third receipt is generated perfectly and so on.

Means alternate receipt remains unprocessed and 'Receiving Transaction Processor' program is not fired. What's reason

behind it.

Any valueable suggestions/tips.
