R12 Workplan Publishing Error With Ora-06512

Hi,

I am working on the Implementation of R12.1.1.1 Oracle Project Management. I created a new workplan, added tasks to the workplan.

Also assigned the planning resources to the workplan.When I tried to Publish a workplan, I get the following Error message :

Exception Details. 

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException:

ORA-01403: no data found

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_PROJECT_STRUCTURE_PUB1", line 2090

ORA-06512: at line 1

I checked with Oracle Support Document

Which gives the solution as

Workaround involves deleting the current working version after a new working version is created from latest published version.
