Component issued out of site for processing and then need to be receipt for WO completion

Hi

I am looking for a functionality where Bill of material in the work order contain 'Black' finished item to be required for completion of the top level finished good.

The process required by business is to send an unfinished part/white finished part from mfg org outside the facility to finishing org to paint as black and then receipt the black finished item for WO completion.

in both the cases the cost to work order is only the painting(black) process. Material cost is already in the original org.

Can we achieve this by OSP process.

If yes please need a steps please.
