Need Help for Patching on 2 Node RAC manually

Hello Friends,

Good Day!!

I have 2 nodes RAC, version 11.2.0.4. I need your help to apply PSU patch manually. I have done the patching using opatch auto by root user. But I need suggestions and steps to apply the patch on 11.2.0.4 RAC. Please help me.
