ORAChk error for RAC 12.2

HI,

 

while running ORAchk getting below errors , so ran as suggested using Debug for the SR to understand the issue.

 

ata collections completed. Checking best practices on tcslocmedb2.

An unexpected error occurred. Please check '/root/.orachk_010518_181402/orachk010518_181402_error.log' for more information. Run 'orachk' again with -debug and upload the resulting debug log to an Oracle Support Service Request.

 

However the above file doesn't exist .

 

Attaching the reports with  Debug and without Debug . seems failed to run the checks on remote node.
