Flash Message in Item Master

Hi Team

In ECO functionality, when approval notification is triggered as per PO setup, flash message is set in item master. If approval notification program is triggered again, it clears out the flash message. I was able to find a bug reported for this. But if the approval notification is not run second time, item flash message is not cleared even after ECO population program is run. So could you please confirm whether R30510 clears the flash message ? I have the PO of R30510  set to  blank UDC value (with Description 01 = '.')
