OIE Expense Reports Rules not triggered

HI All,

I Hope someone can assist, not sure if this is the correct support community.

I am setting up conditions and rules in AME for OIE Expense Reports. When running the Transaction Test with a valid transaction the Rules are not firing and generating the approval hierarchy.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
