To add new column in Universal Work Queue

Hi,

There is requirement to add new column in universal work queue.

Could you please let me know how to add new details in the existing UWQ. Is there any custom table which needs to be modified for the requirement.

How can i find the table or something where below columns like document name, planned start etc already exists.

Requirement is to add new column between planned start and planed end below.
