Constraint with linked item is not working

Need help, below is the details:

Problem statement:

On click of customize, product gets added through constraint having Linked item conditions in one environment but not in another environment. When this products gets selected it is expected that its child also should get added automatically through configurator script(ChildItemChanged event). This configurator scripts depends on getting a profile attribute value which is the child name itself.

Scenario:

Product (Descodificador Orange TV) needs to get added before clicking on Customize button through RCOIS. In one environment, it is getting added while in another it is not.

I have attached logs from both the environments.
