upgrade from EBS 12.2.4 to 12.2.6 zd_sync column question

I upgraded ebs 12.2.4 to EBS 12.2.6.  There are 2 tables I would like to get some feedback on. As you can see on one table the zd_sync status was changed to update, but the other is listed as synced.  My question really is partially a basicrequest for definition of terms in that I don't know what updated or synced really mean in the zd_sync column.  In addition, why would the 2 values be different after the upgrade? The comparison below shows the difference  between UAT (upgraded to 12.2.6) and PROD (still at 12.2.4).  The reason this is an issue
