Information about mitigating Spectre/Meltdown vulnerabilities

Trying to determine if patches will be released to mitigate the Spectre/Meltdown vulnerabilities on Solaris x86 platform.  Also, although SPARC architecture completely different, could that platform have similar vulnerabilities?
