Email server moving to cloud (Office 365). Impact to currently email functionality if any

We are on Oracle ERP 12.1.3. We are currently on email smtp server and moving soon to cloud i.e., Office 365. We want to understand how is it going to impact the current email/printer driver setup. The mailx functionality and other application utl-smtp protocol. Do we need to change email setup accordingly. Please help.
