user not able to search for concurrent request

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We experienced very strange situation right now. Nothing in the system has changed.

The user previously was able to search for concurrent request, for example, go to view request and give request id and click ok, or search by a given date as such. Now this user is not able to do that anymore. All other user are fine and still able to search. This is very strange, we checked for her user permission and see nothing has changed. Not sure what is happening.

Gurus out there, please advise where do we even need to going to start troubleshooting for this one?
