P17714 Planned Start Date not updating F3111 Request Date

In E1, Version 9.2 we have WO's that have been entered using P17714 from the P48201 and the Parts Detail in the F3111 (viewed via the P17730) is correctly carrying the Start Date (STRT) from the WO in the Parts list detail Request Date (DRQJ). When the WO Planned Start Date needs to be changed/updated, the Part List Request Date is not consistently updated. Have the Processing Option on the P17714 set to recalculate the Labor and Parts Details.

In a very few cases, the change in WO date updates the Request Date. In others, blanking out the Requested Finish and Start Dates can trigger an update to the F3111 and yet others it never seems to take. We can't figure out why it is randomly updating, but more frequently not updating at all. Have tried blanking out and populating various field combinations, but there doesn't seem to be one work around that works every time.
