E-Signature does not work in quality workbench (web pages)

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

E-signature is not working for quality workbench (web pages). Although, eSignature works fine when we are using the Quality Forms. Invoking ERES from Oracle Quality forms includes more number of user clicks and also includes a switch between Forms and HTML interface which is very confusing for the user. Hence it is desirable to invoke E-signature from quality workbench web pages.
