Tolerance percent for an account in Budget

Hi,

Is it possible to have tolerance for  an account in oracle budgets.

Ex. we have loaded  amount 200000 for an account 1001.00.301920.0000

Now we want to add 30% tolerance for the account i.e  60000 for the same account with out adding the budget amount again.

As far as i know we can add tolerances for source and category under budgetary controls. But this wont work for one account, because there is a chance the toleranceamount is consumed by other expense account under the same source and category.

Please advice.
