I received an email stating that your access to the (Support Identifier((s)): 14496931) is set to expire on 31-Jan-2018 GMT.
"If you wish to continue your access to the above Support Identifier(s), please contact your Customer User Administrator by going to My Oracle Support.
Otherwise your access to My Oracle Support using the above Support Identifier(s) will expire in the timeframe indicated."
I need the access. Please let me know how can I continue my access?
