No option for selction of a workflow while inserting a adhoc task via gantt chart ( Agile PLM PPM 9.

While adding a new task via Gantt chart , it always taking "Default Activity" workflow and there is no option to select a workflow in Gantt chart . User need to close the Gantt chart and then do the edit and can select the required workflow. Any idea how to fix this issue. I have tried with full admin access but didn't work for me in Gantt chart.
