F0413 Missing payment

Dear,

i use JDE 91.5

i have manual payment PN when i created the below scenario happened:

1.create PN for standard PV.

2.the open amount in PV is closed and showed paid in full (F0411)

3. F0414 record was created.

4. no F0413 Record created.

5.also no F0911 records created.

what to solve this problem ?
