Unable to Cancel Batch due to UOM conversion error

Hi,

We are trying to cancel a batch but we get the following error.

ERROR: UOM conversation between CSE and PA is not defined

Action: Use Define Unit Of Measure Conversations form to define conversaions

This error happens only on one item code.

I checked the UOM conversation and all seems to be fine.

Could you please help me in this case?
