Facing issue while having 4 managed servers under HA Cluster

Currently I have two managed servers on my HA (High Available) cluster. I want to do an installation where I will have 4 managed servers instead of two. I had tried installing this but ended up with exceptions.

Is this possible to have 4 managed servers under one HA cluster?

I have Oracle OCSG version 6.1
