Wrong oracle rdbms patch recommendation in OEM

Hi All, perhaps someone can help with this.

I was setting up a patch job in OEM for the Oct2017 patchset.  For some reason, one of our databases is associated with an old oracle home but when I check target configuration for the database and for the oracle home and for the server, they are all correct.  I don't understand where this is coming from.  All of our other databases show the correct oracle home and rdbms version.
